Structure
The Record Centre building are RCC structures designed for carrying heavy load and to protect the documents from natural elements.

Racking System
The racking system in all Mody Access Record Center are designed to carry a load of more than 1 Tone per shelf. The design facilitates efficient use of space as well as easy access to ensure the records remain in perfect condition throughout their life span.

Fire Protection - Fire Alarm & Protection Systems
Fire Alarm System Solution consists of smoke detectors strategically placed across the Record Centre linked to a central alarm system. Personnel are also trained by an external agency to deal with the unlikely event of an outbreak of fire. The ABC powder and C02 based fire extinguishers are placed strategically throughout the warehouse.

Physical Security
All our facilities have comprehensive measures to ensure physical security at its locations. The measures include the following -

Security Personnel
Trained security guards ensure security at the Facility 24x7x365.

Access Control
In addition to the presence of the security guards, the entries and exits of the facility are fitted with access control devices. All areas are sealed/ protected/ manned for entry and exit.

Video Camera Surveillance
The complete facility will be monitored using video cameras. Security guards continuously scan images from all the cameras. Videotaped records (saved for a period of upto 3 months) ensure that all actions are recorded for future requirements.

Pest Control Systems
The facilities are protected against all pests. Periodic pest control from professional and qualified pest control agencies are done to protect documents stored against rodents and termites.

Strong Room Facility
The Strong room has steel reinforced Walls with Ceramic wool (fire proof material), a strong room double door access, 24 hr security and fire detection and protection systems. Documents are stored in fire resistant compactors.

Viewing Room
Mody Access also provides you with an Air conditioned viewing room
